Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email atelier@bunnyhatco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Personalized items
Personalized items are made with your name, date, or message, so they can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Please double-check spelling before checkout — we produce exactly what you enter.
Non-personalized items
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change something? Email atelier@bunnyhatco.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update or cancel your order before it’s prepared.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
